Facilitated by Soul Wellness Coach, Sarah Powers, The Art of Meditation provides a safe, welcoming, and peaceful environment for you to explore breathwork, grounding, relaxation techniques and guided meditations.
The goal of this class is to help you build a healthy and effective meditation practice that works for you and emphasizes listening to your own body and intuition; The Art of Meditation is not designed for physical aspects such as balance or fitness.
You may feel more relaxed and restored. You may even fall asleep during practice - this is a great sign that you are receiving the restoration your nervous system and body need.
Building a meditation practice is just that: practice!
Class Time: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Location: Kings Art Center Courtyard or Banister Studio depending on attendance and weather

The Art of Meditation is a permanent adult program, recurring bimonthly:
Next classes are scheduled for:
March 16th and 30th
Please bring your own yoga mats and props as well as water.

*Please understand that if participation is less than 4 guests, the class will be cancelled 3-5 days from the start date.
*Our cancellation policy is 48 hours in advance for a refund or class credit. Future class credit can only be applied to classes that are available.
