Dr. Richard Svihla, DVM
and his contributions to Kings Art Center

Please join us Saturday, April 12th from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM in the Kings Art Center Courtyard at 605 N Douty Street, as we gather to remember and celebrate the life of Dr. Richard Svihla. DVM,
Richard was a long - time supporter of the Kings Art Center and an avid collector of art that reflected his love of animals and the natural world. He generously donated his collection the Kings Art Center and a selection of these pieces, many by local artists, will be on display in the Banister Gallery from April 12th through April 19th, during regular hours.
Richard was also a prolific creator and collector of pottery and ceramics. A number of his pieces, as well as some other artists, will be available for purchase April 12th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Art Center. As was his wish, all proceeds from the sale will benefit the Art Center.
