The Art of Meditation is a bi-monthly class for practicing meditation.
Facilitated by Soul Wellness Coach, Sarah Powers, this class provides a safe environment that is welcoming and peaceful; you will explore breathwork, grounding, relaxation techniques and guided meditations. Movement is adaptable and you are encouraged to listen to your own body throughout the class. ------- You may feel more relaxed and restored. You may even fall asleep during practice - this is a great sign that you are receiving the restoration your nervous system and body need. Building a meditation practice is just that: practice! |
